Carolyn is an established Braider located in Charlotte, NC, Carolyn aka “The Lazy Braider” discovered her love for braiding as a young girl growing up in Wilmington, NC. Offering protective braiding styles to family members and close friends way before turning professional.

The name, “The Lazy Braider” stemmed from a shared conversation with friends who wanted to peruse a new trade. With Carolyn already knowing HOW to braid, her friends thought braiding was a no brainer for her! “Hm hmmm, who WANTS to stand on their feet and braid hair all day!?” But at the end of it all, she fell in love with the art!

 “Lazy” tends to attract a negative connotation, there’s nothing Lazy about your Lazy Braider! It’s just a name & we work diligently on products, services, and providing the utmost experience for each and every client. Carolyn takes pride in sharing the experience. Handcrafting, fact checking, overseeing everything she puts her name on to ensure excellence.
